I live in Tennessee on the Tennessee river/Kentucky Lake with my husband, Frank. Between the two of us, we have five great kids and 10 grandchildren, with twins on the way. How exciting is that!!!
We both love the water and to fish. We have a golden retriever, Cooper, that loves fishing as much as we do. We miss our cat, Francis, that passed last year at the age of 21.
My husband has been in the construction business for 34+ years. We have built, bought, moved into, and sold homes many times over the years. But, when we found and purchased a 1960 model concrete block fish camp with wonderful water views, we decided to make it into our forever home. This site is about my life here at the Waverly River House. I will be sharing all the goings on here to include projects that we are doing, recipes, entertaining, and places that we like to travel to. Thank you so much for joining me here.
